We are Done!

We are Happy to announce that our Roof is now finished.... Wahoo!

After 2 weeks of rain free sun we have now been experiencing rainy days and thankfully over all our roof held strong however this morning I woke up to a leaky bedroom wall and ceiling but we are now finished and our wall is drying up and life is good!

Now for the Next project!

Well During this whole roof deal we have been noticing for the past few months a horrible natural gas smell....

We have been trying to find it for a long time.... And finally while working on the roof Tyler found where the gas was coming from...
Our Furnace was leaking!
so why not just get a new gas valve... oh they don't make that type any more... so we were going to get an air conditioner and furnace next spring... but it looks like that plan just died.... so the project for the month of June is now going to be....

Thankfully Kyle can put this in on his own that will save us so much money....
